The lecture took place in the morning and had the objective of presenting the Mural Formative Mills of the Municipality of Palmas (PR), for the appreciation and reflection on the way in which the image of the ethnic groups was constructed, in particular the Kaingang ethnic group whose students of this school belong to the majority. At the end of the talk, as well as in all the next visits I made to the other 6 schools in the city of Palmas, I asked if these students felt (theirserves) represented in the mural painting. The majority response was affirmative, and there were contributions from the students themselves about how they would like to see these images.
